It was a great pleasure to take part of the biggest dog show in the world this year – with its 28 000 dogs, this is what it was in Helsinki last weekend, when 3 days in a row dogs competed for the titles of Finnish, Nordic and Helsinki Winner 2013.

I was extremely pleased that with strict judges, who didn’t hesitate to show ribbons with all kinds of colours, both Amelie and Riia got “excellent” every time they were shown and even better – both got placed in strong and big classes!

13.12.2013 Helsinki Winner’13, judge Harry Tast (FIN), 99 labradors were entered to the show:

  • TWEEDLEDUM BAILA BAILA (Riia): 4th in Intermediate Class,
  • MY BRAND ESPIRIT (Amelie): 4th in a very strong Champion Class.

14.12.2013 Nordic Winner’13, judge Iren Naarits (EST) – Intermediate Class and Karl-Erik Ek (SW) Champion Class, 125 labradors were entered to the show:

  • TWEEDLEDUM BAILA BAILA (Riia): 2nd in Intermediate Class with CQ,
  • MY BRAND ESPIRIT (Amelie):  4th in a strong Champion Class with CQ,

15.12.2013 Winner’13 Show, judges Noreen Harris (AUSTRALIA) – Intermediate Classes & Pia Itkonen (FIN) – other classes, 116 Labradors were entered to the show.

  • TWEEDLEDUM BAILA BAILA (Riia): 2nd in Intermediate Class with CQ,
  • MY BRAND ESPIRIT (Amelie): “excellent” in Champion Class.

And above all, it was great to meet old friends from different countries, to meet some new people and seeing all those dogs.
